Movement & Mobility Program
with Nella
“Movement is our natural state. Complete stillness is death.”
Blaise Pascal
Many people believe that stiffness is simply a natural part of aging. But that is not true. In the vast majority of cases, stiffness is caused by repetitive movement patterns and a nervous system that adapts to them.
In this four-week program, you will learn how to reclaim your mobility and build a healing movement practice so you can move through life strong, agile, and pain-free. The program takes place in a small group setting to ensure personalized guidance at all times.

Our Approach to Movement
Movement is one of the first things we learn. From the moment we are born, we instinctively know how to move. As children, we naturally crawl, climb, squat, roll, run, jump, swing, and explore our surroundings through an extraordinary variety of movement.
Over time, however, modern life begins to narrow that natural repertoire. Many of us spend eight to ten hours a day sitting, repeating the same limited patterns of movement. As the body adapts, mobility gradually declines, tissues become less resilient, and unnecessary strain accumulates. The result is often stiffness, pain, chronic muscle tension, and movement limitations that can affect everyday life and may contribute to common musculoskeletal problems.
While hands-on treatments such as manual therapy can provide valuable relief, lasting change depends on something else: changing the way we move.
This four-week program is designed to help you restore healthy movement patterns through simple, practical exercises that are easy to integrate into daily life. Drawing on principles from yoga, physical therapy, fascial training, and other evidence-informed movement approaches, you'll gradually improve mobility, coordination, strength, and body awareness.
An important part of the practice is learning to move with awareness and attention. Over time, this process refines your perception of movement and helps develop greater proprioception—the body's ability to sense its position, movement, and balance. This heightened body awareness becomes a powerful guide for moving with greater ease, efficiency, and confidence in everyday life.
Along the way, you'll also gain a deeper understanding of how the body is designed to move—and why restoring movement variety is one of the most effective ways to support long-term musculoskeletal health.
Classes are taught in a small-group setting, allowing for individualized guidance and personal attention throughout the program.

"Nella’s Mobility Training is exceptionally well structured, easy to understand, and taught with a remarkable depth of knowledge. Her extensive experience and expertise are evident from the very beginning. The content is thoughtfully organized, clearly explained, and immediately applicable in everyday life.
I especially appreciated the video recordings, which allowed me to revisit the exercises at my own pace and deepen my practice over time. What stood out most was the attentive and highly skilled way Nella addressed my individual physical needs and challenges.
A professional, thoughtful, and deeply personal approach to mobility — I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Nella’s Mobility Training has been a truly enriching experience for me, both personally and in my professional work.
Nella’s knowledgeable, precise, clear, and compassionate guidance throughout the course deeply inspired and motivated me. Step by step, I developed a new awareness of my own body, the quality of my movement, and the subtle sensations that arise when moving with attention.
The exercises are simple, practical, and easy to incorporate into everyday life — and precisely because of that, they are incredibly effective."

How the Program Works
Small Group Setting
The sessions take place live via Zoom in a small group setting with a maximum of 6–7 participants. This allows for individualized guidance, personal feedback, and a supportive learning environment.
Four Live Sessions
The program consists of four live sessions, each approximately 2.5 hours long. Every session includes both a theoretical and a practical component.
Before the program begins, you will complete a brief intake questionnaire. Based on this information, we will identify your individual areas of focus and tailor the practice accordingly.
Your Personal Practice
During the four-week program, you will practice approximately 20 minutes per day, 4–5 days per week. The exercises are varied throughout the program, allowing you to experience different movement qualities, develop greater body awareness, and gradually reduce limiting patterns and discomfort.
Movement Journal
You will keep a movement journal to document your practice and record your observations. These insights will be discussed individually and help deepen your understanding of your own movement patterns.
Session Recordings
All practical sessions are recorded, allowing you to revisit and repeat the exercises throughout the week at your own pace.
Personal Support
Throughout the program, you can contact Nella by email with questions that arise during your practice.
Follow-Up Support
After completing the program, you will receive two months of complimentary email support to help you integrate your practice and continue your progress.
