Functional Breathing
with Ralph Skuban
Based on the Buteyko Method and modern respiratory physiology
Many people today unknowingly breathe too much, too fast, too shallowly, or through their mouths—with consequences for their health, performance, and inner balance. Fatigue, sleep problems, anxiety, panic attacks, asthma, difficulty concentrating, and many other conditions can be associated with dysfunctional breathing.
In this four-week training program, you will learn how to normalize your breathing and establish a stable, functional breathing practice, based on modern respiratory physiology, CO₂ regulation, and the principles of the Buteyko Method for lasting self-regulation.
The training is conducted in a small-group setting to ensure personalized guidance and individual support at all times.
"The breathing exercises have become an integral part of my life—an 'inner friend' that gently helps me experience life with greater calm, less stress, and more awareness."
— Dr. Jürgen Braun, nephrologist
Movement & Mobility
with Nella Skuban
Many people believe that stiffness and pain are simply a natural part of aging. In reality, they usually aren't. Most of these issues develop from repetitive movement patterns and a nervous system that gradually adapts to them.
In this four-week course, you'll learn how to restore your mobility and develop a sustainable movement practice that supports strength, flexibility, and pain-free movement in everyday life.
Classes are taught in a small-group setting, allowing for individualized guidance and personal attention throughout the program.
"My individual physical concerns were met with genuine care and attention. The guidance was professional, thoughtful, and deeply personal—I recommend it wholeheartedly." — Hilde Schmidt, yoga teacher
