About this training

This format introduces the basics of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These silent practices are experienced in their physical, emotional and mental effectiveness and the theoretical and didactic aspects are also considered. The aim of the training, which is jointly led by Nella and Ralph, is to provide you with basic tools so that you can not only experience Yin and Nidra yourself, but also integrate them into your own yoga classes if you wish.

What requirements should I bring with me?

WIf you already have yoga experience - whether Yin, Nidra or other practices - this is helpful, but by no means a prerequisite to take part in this training. What you should bring with you, however, is the willingness to engage with deep themes and experiencesthat can come with this silent and meditative self-exploration practice.

• Yin and Nidra in theory and daily practice

• anatomically relevant information

• Dealing with injuries

• Psychological, emotional and mental impact logic of somatic forms of exercise

• philosophical backgrounds: Yoga and Tao - or "The Way of Fire and the Way of Water"

Costs and assumptionscosts and application

The fee is € 899.00. Costs for accommodation and meals will be added.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we will always endeavor to fill the vacant place and, if successful, refund the training fee in full or in part. As we cannot guarantee that vacant places will be filled, the following cancellation rules apply:

• If participation is canceled up to 8 weeks before Athe start of training, the training fee will be refunded (minus a processing fee of10 percent). a processing fee of10 percent)..

• If the cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the training, 50 percent of the training fee is due.

• If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, no refund of fees is possible.
